The following requests for variance were considered: Leo Stroot, ottertail, MN, requested permission to convey a parcel of land 100' x 400', out of SUblot A, G.L. #2, Section 30, Otto Township, Rush Lake. Af ter consideration, motion was made by Roger Marty to grant approval subject to a dedicated public road right~f-way to serve all parcels up to the Stroot property. The motion was seconded by Robert Schwartz but wi thdra\lm prior to vote. Motion was made by Marcus Wiechmann to approve a 40' road right-of-way, a variance fran the ~6 foot requirenents, upon _platting of the property. The motion was seconded by Roger Marty and carried upon the follCMing vote: All voting in favor Gregory R.
