Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Frank Lachowitzer and unanimously carried to approve construction
of the proposed structure being at least 20’ from the road right-of-way and with the south side of the proposed
construction being no closer to the river than the south side of the existing garage (note the applicant’s drawing). It
was noted that the distance from the south side of the proposed development to the river will vary, but where the new
construction joins the existing garage on the south side the distance will be approximately 123’. Hardship is a
substandard lot of record.
