Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 50’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 150’ for a building setback of 100’. It was noted that any deck or
3’ high and/or any porches must be setback at least 100’. Hardship is the wetlands and terrain features of the
applicant’s property.
