Russel and Ramona Kadow - Approved as modified.
Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a sunroom
addition being no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing dwelling. It was noted that the proposed
development is out of the shore impact zone and will not be vision obstructing. It was also noted that the size of the
proposed sunroom is not important so long as it is no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure
and so long as it does not require any additional variances.
