MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling to approve a variance of 20'
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 150 for a 10 by 56 addition to the
existing mobile home. This site was readied for construction last fall. Hardship being a
substandard lot of record. Motion by Craig Anderson. seconded by John Everts and unanimously
carried to approve the transfer of a parcel of less than 2.5 acres with the condition that a
surveyor's drawing be provided. This parcel will have adequate front footage.
