Explain your problem here:
We set oufi. trailer house about 65 feet from the Otter Tall River.
We did not realize at the time that we had gotten too close,
electricity, sewer, water and gas all put in and connected up when we
were notified that we were 10 feet too close to the river,
asking for a variance so we can leave our trailer house there,
on building a home there as soon as we can get enough money to do it.

At your request, I have reviewed the Abstract of Title to
the following described premises:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION - TRACT "C"
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 6, Township 135 North, Range 38
West, Otto Township, Otter Tail County, Minnesota,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the south quarter corner of said section;
thence North 02 degrees 42 minutes 15 seconds East,
assumed bearing, along the north-south quarter line of
said section, a distance of 1313.28 feet to the southeast
corner of said quarter-quarter; thence North 89 degrees
51 minutes 57 seconds West, along the south line of
said quarter-quarter, a distance of 946.78 feet to the
center line of a township road; said point also being
the Point of Beginning of this description; thence
continue North 89 degrees 51 minutes 57 seconds West,
along said quarter-quarter line, a distance of 359.51
feet to the southwest corner of said quarter-quarter;
thence North 02 degrees 45 minutes 50 seconds East,
along the west line of said quarter-quarter, a distance
of 730.90 feet to said township road center line;
thence South 27 degrees 49 minutes 50 seconds East,
along said center line, a distance of 336.70 feet;

along said center line, a distance of 464.25 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
Said part contains 3.223 acres of land, more or less,
and is subject to existing easements of record.
