EXPLAIN YOUR REQUEST:
It is proposed to build a road to access the lots contained within
the preliminary plat of Silent Shores North. Maximum grade of the
road will be 4.0$. The road is designed to intersect C.S.A.H. No.
4l approximately I600 feet south of the northwest corner of Section
33, TI36N, R41W. The road will be built to Ottertail County specifications
and offered for public use. The road will be approximately 1200 feet
in length.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICANT SHALL BE Pi ;ent at the scheduled hearing.

8-2-95 - Approved with conditions - 1) Proposed road dedication will extend to the lotline.
2) Non-riparian lots (backlots) 1-6 be attached to riparian lots 1-6 and sold
3) No residences can be allowed on non-riparian lots 1-6.
pRe Planning Commission also recommends (to the developer) that the back 50' of non-riparian
lots 1-6 be retained by covenant in a natural state as a wildlife corridor.
