the lakeside end of the cut.

RD, in Pt. G.L. 8 (2.5 Acres) of Section 14 of Norwegian Grove
Township to allow to fill an area west of the driveway no closer
than 110 feet of the lake and no further back than 130 feet, may
create a 20' X 60' pad (includes existing driveway) fill is to be
no higher than the driveway at 110'. Wes Tweeton and Wayne
Hovland spoke to the commission.

conditional use application of T.A. Esala. Rush Lake, 56-141, GD,
on Lot 3 of Pebble Shore of Section 36 of Rush Lake Township to
allow the applicant to retain the fill that is in the gully at
the level of the neighbor's property - the excess must be removed
from the property.

trial basis, there must not be any advertising on the property
and it is to be a delivery only business; and three 2' X 6' tanks
may be used. Steve Zimmerman and Verne Petry spoke to the
commission.

conditional use application of Richard Lien. West McDonald Lake,
56-386, RD, on Lot 8 of Cousin's Beach of Section 24 of Dora
Township subject to the fill being 8 inches below the beach area
and no higher than the neighbor's lots.

conditional use application of JameR Rlerh, Pelican Lake, 56-
786, GD, on Lot 4 of Newport Beach of Section 3 of Dunn Township
as presented, must match neighbors, dirt must be pulled back from
the lake and also the dirt must be removed from the lot. Scott
Bleth spoke to the commission.
