MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann to allow the applicant to use a string line from the lot west of the adjacent vacant
lot to the lot east of the applicant’s property. This motion died for a lack of a second. After additional consideration
and discussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve
the use of the string line as determined from the lots adjacent to the applicant’s property for the proposed enclosure of
existing 12’ by 20’ porch/deck and for the construction of a roof or to grant the applicant a water - oriented
accessory structure meeting the requirements of the ordinance.
