the following applications for special use permit were approved, subject to conditional
requirements:
Walter G. Schmidt Sverdrup Township Remove knoll and fill low spot
Frank Vogel Sverdrup Township Mound earth for natural barrier
James & Violet Rieger Lida Township Level lot
Dennis Goetz & Robert Rath Dunn Township Remove hill and fill back lots

Malcolm Lee, Land & Resources Manager, reported to the Board the
34.4% of systems on Wall Lake in non-coipliance,following results of sewage checks:
24% on Lida in non-conpliance and 38.7% on Eagle Lake in non-canpliance.
Motion was made by Sydney Nelson, seconded by Anc^ Leitch and carried.
to place Little Pine, Big Pine and Stewart Lakes on list of priorities for sewer
checks.
Motion was made by Van Ellig, seconded by Andy Leitch and carried, to
request the Highway Department take whatever steps are necessary to clean up a portion
of township road right-of-way located in Scambler Tcwnship used for refuse and place
apprcpriate signs to prohibit continued dumping in said area.
