EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM HERE:
The lot in question is high above the lake level with a steep bank going
down to the shore. I would like to place a cottage on the top but close to
where the lot drops so as to have a view of the lake, which could bring the
lakeward edge of the building closer than 100 ft. from the shoreline, but
no closer than 75 ft. Therefore I request a 75 ft. variance for building
on this lot. There will be no filling, excavating nor alteration of the■ -naiuF^al -either on the bank, the beach or the shore line. =

the April 19, 1978 meeting as mailed.

A motion by Beck, second by Portmann to deny the special use of Ed
Lakoduk, dated March 21, 1978 on Pelican Lake, No. 56-786, GD,
Sec. 3 of Dunn Twp. as submitted and approve a limited amount of
fill upon recommendation and onsite inspection by Portmann with
Cliff Overvold and o\mer.

Voting: All members in favor.
Passed:A motion by Beck, second by Lee to approve the special use application
of Richard Palubicki, dated March 30, 1978 on Little Pine Lake, No.
56-1A2, GD, Sec. 25 of Gorman Twp. for a limited amount of dirt moving
subject to Terry Lejcher's approval in writing. John Scott and Eva
Luchsinger spoke to the commission.
