Motion
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance of 10’ from the required west side lot line setback of 10’ and a variance of 10’ from the required back
lot line setback (road right-of-way) of 10’ for the placement of a drain field 0’ from the west side lot line and 0’
from the back lot line (road right-of-way). It was noted that the placement of the drain field in this location will
allow all other setback requirements to be met (wells and structures). It was also noted that there is no other
site available on the applicant’s property for the placement of a drain field.
