I will also level a bulldozed hill on the west side of the lot that the previous owner created. I would like to level the hill and the old road contoure by the lake this fall if possible. The low area toward the south end of the lot would be filled in over the next one to five years. The attached grid plot shows the approximate locations of the ridges to be leveled and the ditches and tow areas to be filled. The hill volume is approximately the amount of fill needed to level the old road by the lake(150 cu ft). Thir^lO cu ft ridge will be used to fill the old ditchflSO cu ft) and a small part of the low area. Approximately 600 cu ft. of new fill would be needed to add approximately 2 ft to the low area and blend to the ridges to the north and south. 3 "to 6"of top soil will be spread as needed for grass, etc..
