The Otter TaiJ. (bounty Board of Adjustment met at 7:30 p.m..
Thursday, Septemljer 18, 1980 in thc^ Commissioners Fioom of the Otter Tail County
Court House in the Cily of I'ergus F'alls with Crai.g Anderson, Thomas Donoho,
Calvin Johanson, David Trites and Cf^orge Walter present.
The minutes of the August 12st meeting were approved.
The following requests for variance were heard:
Lake Park, MN, requested permission to construct building 50Paul Breyer,back
fr'om the shoreline of Pe.I i.ean L.akc on Lot 2, Lakeview Beach, 2nd Add'n.AFter
discussion, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Craig Johanson and
carried, to deny said request as it would be possible to build the required 75

Mary Ann Erickson, Dent, MN, requested permission to build a boat-house on the
shoreline of West Silent Lake on Lot 7, Silent Lake South Shores,

was made by George Walter, seconded i>y Calvin Johanson and carried, to allow a

only practical location.
Glen Disse, Frazee, MN, r’cquested permission to construct a garage approximately
25' from road right-of-way, on Lot 8, Block 2, Scalp Lake Acres, Scalp Lake.
Because of objections from the Hotjart Town Board, motion was made by George
Walter, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to table action on said request
to a.Ilow the applicant consultation wi tLi the, town hoard.
