Speaking were Les Luken, Ihe Girard Town Board, Marlin Rice, and a letter frcm Paul Olinger was read. After consider­ ation, motion vjas made by John Everts, to approve, si±>ject to vacating the existing road and subject to a plat amending the original plat of Outlets A, B & C, cembining into one lot. Hardship being the best location for a building on this lot, requiring the least amount of fill and also this would give this property the same rights.land privileges as the neighbors in the immediate district.' We put a 14'x70' trailer on the same spot but are now told we are 10' ahead of the string line. If we have to move the trailer back 10', we will be below a hill and will not be able to see the lake or shoreline. As we have small grandcchildren we feel it would not be a safe place for them to play.
