McDonald) Dear Mr. Brua: i According to your letter, you still plan to use the bath room facilities in the travel trailer which wouldn’t bo allowed if the trailer ia to remain on your lot as a storage building. The application for your building permit for the garage has a note on it which states that your garage may be used for living purposes which also isn't allowed by the Shoreland Management Ordinance since only 1 building for living pur poses is allowed under the provisions of the Ordinance. If these statements are correct, then you are going to have to apply for a variance to the Board Of Adjustment which meets the third Thursday of each month. Should you decide to apply for a variance, your application must be in our office no later than 17 days before the meeting you wish to attend.
