This application for deviation is from Shoreland Management Ordinance, Otter Tail County, Minnesota for conditons found in
what Section of the Ordinance:
EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM HERE: On September 16, 1975 > I was issued what I deem a valid building
permit (No. BP2ipl5) covering constiruction of a lake home and a double garage. A double gsirage
has been built and a Ip-inch well has been drilled on this property as of now. I intend to have
the contractor start the lake home on July 1, 1976. The garage is situated 17 1/2 feet in from
the Lot 10 - Lot 11 lot line and is in compliance with the permit issued to me. Apparently, Gerald
Grenier, owner of Lot 10 has complained that the building is not 20 feet in from the lot line. Since
I feel that I have complied with the limitations contained in the permit and sketch accompanying the
the application supporting my permit, I do not feel that I shoxild be forced.to-joave the garage,
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps,
plans, information about surrounding property, etc.
xdiich would entail expenditures in excess of $1,000.00 plus the problems of changing the electrical
conduits etc. This would also include replacing the concrete slab in order to make the job
