WINX ♦ ■ Upon motion made by Hub Nordgren, seconded by Andy Leitch and carried. the following resolution was adopted: RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Otter Tail County Minnesota, that WHEREAS, some townships within Otter Tail County haveadopted and are enforcing zoning ordinance which may be, in some cases, more restrictive than requirements set forth in the Otter Tail County Shoreland Management Ordinance or the Subdivision Controls Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment is obligated to send notices and conduct hearings regarding applications for variances and thereby incurs expenditures of time and money; and WHEREAS, applications for variance are subject to action by the appropriate Town Board; and’ WHEREAS, the applicants themeselves have certain expenditures re­ sulting from the variance procedures.
