After discussion and consideration, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to approve the
variance application as requested in the application dated April 26, 2011 with the following conditions: Lot 1 Abie's Acres Second
Addition must be permanently attached to the Rossum property (Parcel No. 16-000-35-0198-000), Lots 2 and 3 Abie's Acres
Second Addition must be permanently attached to Lot 1 Abie's Acres First Addition (Parcel No. 16-000-99-0567-000), the area
contained within the back lots cannot be used when determining impervious surface coverage for front lot development and only
non-residential/non-dwelling structures can be located on the back lots. It was noted that the variance as approved will prevent
the placement of a residential structure in the second tier of lots.
