Motion
Ray and Elizabeth Rossum - Approved the variance as requested with a condition. (7:47 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously
carried, to approve a variance of 32’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the placement of a structure 43’ ^om the ordinary high water level as depicted on the applicants’ drawing with the condition that the small
northeast shed must be removed prior to the issuance of a site permit for the proposed project. The Board noted that
the proposed development is further back from the ordinary high water level than the existing structure and is not
within the shore impact zone. The Board also noted that no more than 25% of the total lot area could be covered with
impervious surfaces. Hardship is the terrain of the applicant’s property.
