MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve the
enclosure of the existing 13' by 15' deck, which will be considered the applicant's water - oriented accessory
structure, with the conditions that at least 8055 of the wall area will consist of screens and /or glass
(combination windows), it will be constructed in the same location as the existing deck, it will not exceed 1 O’
in height as measured by the specification as stated in the shoreland ordinance and that the enclosure will start
even with the existing structure roof and extend towards the lake.
