Motion
Bruce Wentz - Variance application approved as requested. (8:06 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, seconded by Rick Wilson and unanimously carried, to approve
the bluff impact zone variances necessary for the projects (dock addition and shed replacement) as described in the variance
application dated July 12, 2016 and as depicted on the drawing submitted with the variance application. It was noted that the
proposed development is away from the lake, the existing development is already within the bluff impact zone, the shed
replacement is basically maintenance and the addition of the deck will address a safety issue. The variances as approved do not
directly or indirectly grant any other variances for the proposed or future development.
