Glenna F. and Allen Fitzgerald - Approved the variance as requested. (2:05 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve
variances of 55’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a 16’ by 20’ single story detached
garage 45’ from the ordinary high water level of Brown Lake and 45’ from the ordinary high water level of West McDonald Lake. It
was noted that this is the best location for the proposed structure. Hardship is a substandard lot of record, the shape of the
applicants’ property and the existence of lakes on two side of the applicants’ property.
