Motion
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried to approve the variance
as requested in the application and as depicted in the applicant’s drawings. It was noted that placing the new
dwelling in this location will place the dwelling further back from the ordinary high water level than the existing dwelling
and will be in line with other structures in the immediate area.
