(6:40 p.m.) After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 12’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a 16’ by 26’ addition to the back side of the existing dwelling 88’ from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that the proposed development is to the rear of the existing structure, is no closer to the ordinary high water level than other structures in this immediate area and the Board’s approval of the variance request is consistent with past actions of the board.
