MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was madie by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 6' from the required holding tank setback of 10' and a variance of 2’
from the required road right-of-way setback of 20' for the construction of a 26' by 30'
garage 4' from the holding tank and 18' from the road right-of-way. Hardship being a
substandard lot or record.
