MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 2’
from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for a 12’ by 24’ addition to an existing garage located 8’ from the side lot
line and 6 from the septic tank. It was noted that the addition will be no closer to the lot line than the existing structure
and that there is adequate area for the maintenance of the septic tank. It was also noted that the variance from
required septic tank setback is granted because the proposed addition is an unoccufJTed building.
