HAPPEL - APPROVED John L, Bleichnen and Dennis W. Happel, Perham, MN, requested a variance to separate a 2,03 acre parcel from a larger tract of land. The building located on the 2.03 acre parcel was added to the original building and Is separated from the original building by a party wall. The portion of the building located on the 2.03 acre parcel houses a business different from the original building. Also, requesting a variance to separate an additional parcel of less than 2.5 acres from the original larger tract. This parcel Is located on the northwest side of the original tract between the 2,03 acre parcel and County State Aid Highway No. 80. The parcel Is described as a tract in the Southwest Quarter of Section 10 of Perham Township. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried to approve the variance as requested with the condition that a registered surveyor's drawing be provided and that at least a 33' access to the public road for the 2.03 acre parcel be provided by some means other than by an easement across the parcel located between the 2.03 acre parcel and County State Aid Highway No, 80.
