The required setback for Hoffman Lake (Recreational Development Class) is 100’ from the OHWL. You must meet the required setback of the Shoreland Management Ordinance. In order to place a structure closer to the OHWL you must prove that a “string test” exists or file for and receive a Variance from the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment. 1. 2.Please complete the highlighted sections under Characteristics of Proposed Dwelling.
