RE: Right of Way Setback Variance Request
Theora Carlson
40475 Co. Hwy. 41
Dear Wayne:
Charles Grotte, Assistant County Engineer inspected this site on June 28, 2004. It appears
that an already existing shed is proposed to be moved approximately 3 feet closer to the
highway.
Due to the extra width of the right-of-way at this location, we have no objections to this
variance request.
If you have any questions or require additional information on this matter, please feel free to
contact me at any time.
Sincerely,
Otter Tail County Highway Department
Richard West, P.E.
