Lot 12 to be excavated to allow for 30' x 24* garage to be set back on lot
in accordance with the requirements of Ottertail County, Request driveway
to be at same height as driveway on lot 13, Excated dirt to be put on
Lot 4 Blockl which is very low. Upon completion of excation the proposed
garage will be built according to site permit requirements. To prevent
any unlikely chance of erosion lot 12 will be slopped and sodded where
needed. Please see scaled sketch of proposed project and the calculated
247 cu yds to be removed up to the propsed garage.
