Request a variance of 58' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100', an
8' variance from the required shore Impact zone setback of 50', a 2' variance from the
required side lot line setback of 1 O' and a 12' variance from the required road right of way
setback of 20' for the placement of a camper on the applicant's lot.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary Information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
I understand that I have applied for a variance from the requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail
County. I understand I must contact my township in order to determine whether or not any additional variance and/or permits
are required by the township for my proposed project.

MOTiON AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Bert Olson and carried with George Walter voting
no, to approve the variances as requested for the placement of an 8' by 24' camper with a self
contained sewage/disposal system on the applicant's lot. The camper cannot exceed 8’ by 24'.
The applicant has a substandard lot of record and the granting of this request will allow the
applicant reasonable use of his property.
