Andrew & Leanne Magnotto - Approved the application as requested with a condition. (8:26 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve
the variance as requested and as depicted on the drawing submitted with the application with the condition that no portion of the
proposed development can be within 50’ of West McDonald Lake. It was also noted that the variances as approved do not directly
or indirectly grant any other variances than those outlined in the request. Hardship/practical difficulty is substandard lots of record
and lakes on two sides of the property.

Leanne Magnotto came to the office today to discuss their plans for raising roof, adding
dormers and an addition to existing dwelling. She had a scaled drawing of their plans
and after reviewing them, a variance would be needed from the OHWL setback (Big
MacDonald & Brown), the road right-of-way, and the proposed addition would be on top
of the holding tank. We discussed moving and relocating an existing shed and placing
the HT in that area. I suggested she have a septic system Designer/Installer onsite to
see where the HT could be located. We ok'd best location for the HT previously (1993).
The shed if relocated would require a variance from the OHWL. They proposed to
change roof on existing shed to match the dormers on the dwelling. Also, may need to
remove some impervious surface to keep within the 25%. She was going to calculate
this before proceeding. I gave her a Variance Application and informed her that the
BOA does not have meetings in the months of Jan., Feb. & March as they are unable to
view projects due to snow cover and applicants are unable to stake projects as ground is
frozen.
She will consider these & disuss options and may wait until Spring to proceed.

I talked to you a couple days ago regarding these lots and small cabin
that my daughter and family is interested in.
Attached is a map of the layout of the property. You'll note the two lots
total 100’ on West McDonald and opens up to 123' on Brovm Lake.
You’ll also note that the small home, only 20 x 28 is 25’ from the North
lot line and 58’ from the South line and 33’ back from West McDonald.
Hi Bill;
The lot to the south of this property is narrow (front to back) and there
are no structures. Some folks use it as access to the lake.
The lot to the north is similar with a somewhat larger home on it and set
back about the same.
The question is do you feel there is any possibility getting a variance to allow making the home larger? I was linking another 22' to the South
mailing the home 20’ x 50’ or 1000’ sq. ft. on the 7875 sq. ft. property.
Any other suggestions on your part would be welcome. Thanks.
