Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 16’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a dwelling 84’ from the ordinary high
water level noting that the granting of the variance will place the applicants’ dwelling in the same sight line as other
dwellings in the immediate area. Hardship is a substandard lot of record.
