Explain your request:
Our problem is our lot is too narrow and too short for our proposed cabin. We would
be 5 ft. from the north lot line and 8'9" from the south lot line. We would be a little
farther from both the lake and the road then our present home is, being 56 ft. from the
lake and 15 ft. from the road. We are proposing a three level cabin which we feel would
blend nicely with the present terrain. The two story portion would be dug into the
existing hill. The car port side would be close to the level of the existing ground
requiring very little filling and grading. We are doing the car port so we have the
ability to get to the water to take our dock and boatlift out in the spring and fall.
We have stakes in the ground where the cabin would be and would be willing to meet you
