MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
notion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
approve the construction of a dwelling provided the dwelling does not exceed what the
string line would permit. After additional consideration, motion was made by John Everts,
seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to deny the variances as requested for
the 12' by 18’ shed as no adequate hardship had been shown.
