After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 39' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a structure 61 ’
from the ordinary high water level. The Board strongly recommended that the applicant should consider placing the
existing shed in a location that complies with the setback requirements of the ordinance. The variance as approved does
not directly or indirectly grant any other variances for the proposed development.
