MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Notion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unaninously carried, to
approve a 24' by 26' attached garage 13' fro* the road right-of-way with the sain garage
door(s) on the east side of the garage at a right angle to the road and with the condition
that the variance granted must be approved by the Dora Town Board. Hardships being a
substandard lot of record, the granting of the variance request will not establish a
precedence and the granting of the variance will allow the applicants the same rights and
privileges as others in the iamediate area.
