A Preliminary Plat of "Silent Pines" consisting of 6 residential lots and 2
blocks along with a Conditional Use Application to construct approximately
620' of road built on existing terrain, to County Specifications, to service
the proposed plat. The property is described as Nl/2 NWl/4 NWl/4 Ex Trs & N
660' of GL 2 Ex Trs Ex Rd Way of Section 5 of Everts Township; Round Lake
(56-297), RD.
Terry Colton represented the Applications.
Collie Henderson read a statement from a group of concerned neighbors
requesting a covenant as restrictive if not more restrictive than the
adjacent development of White Sands Estates; Curt Leitch indicated that he
has a shed and drainfield located on the proposed development; Norm Nesset
indicated that there is an easement describing the cartway (is not shown on
the plat) and that he was satisfied with the proposed covenant that Mr.
Colton provided the neighbors; Holly Grinager indicated that the easement is
described on his deed and is 32' wide; Jim Eastman indicated that covenants
are important to him as he is concerned about his investment.
A motion by Estes, second by Johnson to approve subject to the following;
The adverse claims on the property being resolved prior to filing a
final plat.
Final Title Opinion prior to the issuance of the Conditional Use Permit and
prior to the Final Plat being filed.

probably rise 2 more feet before cresting. If my property and house are to
be useable/accessible, most of it must be raised 2 or more feet. The
drawing shows the request is to fill 2.5' at lake tapering to 0' at high
ground, 350' x 20' x 2.5' = approximately 650 cubic yards. The drawing is
on file at the Land & Resource office. The property is legally described as
