Motion
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve
a variance of 60’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for an addition to a dwelling
40’ from the ordinary high water level noting that the addition will be no closer to the ordinary high water
level than the existing structure.
