Roger A and Marilyn L Zellmann - Approved the requested variance as modified. (9:10 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Rick Wilson and carried with Cecil
Femling voting no, to approve a variance of 3’ from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ placement of a
dwelling 17’ from the road right-of-way and no closer to the ordinary high water level than what would be permitted by
the sightline. The Board noted that the variance as approve will provide the applicants with a reasonable use of their
property.
