PROPOSED USE OF LAND:
The land as It is is almost a natural terrace. However, the incline (shaded area) is
too steep to be useable as is. Our goal is to nake area "AV level and useable. This
would be accomplished by the following;
1. Remove the five tree stumps.2. Level area "A" which is approximately 65' by 12'. To level area "A" would
require moving some top soil from the shaded area to unshaded area. The
depth of top soil to be moved would range from 0" to approximately 2 feet.
3. Reseed to grass
