Motion: A motion by Sha, second by Schwartz to deny for the following reasons: 1.
The Applicant already has driveway access to a Township Road. 2. The Application
does not explain how (differences in elevation) access would be made to Co Hwy 108.
3. The proposed driveway is not consistent with the 10’ side lot setback requirement in
the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
