Vie want to remove the old cahin that is now next to the
house (on the west side) and build a 24ft wide garage but, in
order to do this, I would like to build next to the lot line
as close as possible. Mr. Cordes Engel, the owner on the west
side, told me he would be glad to have a nice garage there and
get rid of the old cabin, as it is an eye sore to his property.
I would like to build either a 22x26 or a 24x26 garage.
