MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 10' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 50' for
the location of a holding tank 40' from the ordinary high water level and a variance of 8'
from the required structure setback of 10' for the location of a holding tank 2’ from the
deck with the condition that the existing deck cannot be enclosed. It was noted that this
is the best location for the placement of the holding tank. Hardship being a substandard
lot of record.
