MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to table, with the written
permission of the applicant, the variance application until the September 4, 1997, meeting. Prior to the August 14,
1997, meeting^Mr. Truax informed the office that he was withdrawing his present request and would be submitting a
new application for consideration by the Board of Adjustment at their September meeting. By general consent the
Board of Adjustment acknowledged and accepted the withdrawal of Mr. Truax’s application.
