Planning Commission Motion
July 16, 2003:
Motion: A motion by Sha, second by Boyer to table, at the Applicant’s request, to
September 10, 2003 to allow the Applicants to provide: 1. A legal description for the
road so it can be recorded. 2. A minimum 33’ road right-of-way, 3. Approval from the
County Ditch Authority in regards to crossing County Ditch #25. 4. Approval from the
Township for the approach. 5. A centerline profile and a typical cross section of the
proposed road. Note: This information must be received by Land & Resource
Management no later than August 25, 2003.
September 10. 2003:
Motion: A motion by Boyer, second by Maske to approve on the Revised Drawing
dated August 28, 2003, as presented provided the description of the proposed road is
approved by Land & Resource.

A 33.00 Foot Easement for Ingress and Egress purposes, over and across part of
Government Lot 3 of Section 36, Township 136 North, Range 41 West, Otter Tail
County, Minnesota. The centerline of said Easement is described as follows;
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Government Lot 4 of said Section 36; thence
North 89°0T57" West (Assumed Bearing) along the North Line of said Government Lot
4 a distance of 1319.75 feet; thence continuing North 89°0T57" West along the North
Line of said Government Lot 3, a distance of 600.00 feet; thence South 00°30'25" East
along the West Line of the East 600.00 feet of said Government Lot 3 a distance of
67f.5Tfeet to the point of beginning of said centerline; thence North 83°06'00" East a
distance of 132.02 feet; thence North 65°18'05" East a distance of 93.45 feet; thence
