As you are aware, on September 10, 2003 the Planning Commission recommended approval of your Revised Drawing dated August 28, 2003, provided the description of the proposed road is approved by Land & Resource. On September 16, 2003, the County Board approved your request as recommended by the Planning Commission, along with the extension to complete the project until November 21,2003. On September 26, 2003, I called you and left a message regarding this approval and you returned my call. In this conversation, you indicated that you were in the process of getting the description of the proposed road from Terry Lee Anderson. I want to confirm that we can not process the Permit until we receive this description as required by the approval. If you have any further questions, please contact our Office.
