RE: Road relocation near Star Lake (56-385).
Dear Ms. Carlson:
Oh July 18, 1986 an onsite inspection of your property was conducted which
revealed that your access road was possible, however, due to its location I
can see that problems could develop during wet conditions.
Therefore, our office would have no objection to you relocating your access
road to the north of the slough providing the following conditions are
complied with:.
1.A conditional use permit is issued by our office.
The adjacent landowners approve (in writing) of the new road
location.
2.
A proper sized culvert (as established by the County Engineer) is
installed.
3.
4.The road width is limited to 10 feet.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact our office.
