Chair Froemming declared the meeting of the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners closed to the public for the purpose of evaluating the performance of Solid Waste Director, Mike Hanan, pursuant to M.S. Minutes of May 12, 2010: A motion by Gill, second by Maske to approve the May 12, 2010 Minutes as presented. Voting: All members in favor. Location will be on top of hill 460’ north of lake, 450’ from road to N, 750’ to road to E and 1,900’ to Eberts Resort access road to west. If generator is no longer going to be used the tower and generator will be removed.
